reported to Fleurpost.Com within 4 hours of receipt.

details of your complaint/faulty items.

For all other items please report the damage within 24 Hours by email to support@fleurdevie.co.uk

Please include in your Email the time you received your consignment, the discrepancy and when would be the best time for us to replace the item.  If this procedure is carried out in full the item will be replaced at no extra cost, to you.
