All Flower Arrangements that are deemed to be faulty on receipt must be
reported to Fleur De Vie within 4 hours of receipt.
You can contact us by Email to support@fleurdevie.co.uk by giving us full
details of your complaint/faulty items.
Please include in your Email the time you received your consignment, the discrepancy and when would be the best time for us to replace the item.
If this procedure is carried out in full the item will be replaced at no extra cost, to you.
